| 摘 要： | 总结1例服用奥氮平所致比萨综合征的护理体会。护理要点包括:评估跌倒危险等级,加强巡视观察,指导肢体功能锻炼,并应用放松训练、阅读疗法等心理护理方法稳定情绪,保障安全。患者住院111d痊愈出院。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the experience of nursing care for a patient with tardive dystonia induced by olanzapine.The key points in nursing were assessment of the risks of falls,close observation of patient's status,guidance on limb function exercises,application of relaxation training and reading therapy to stable the patient's emotional status and ensure the patient safety.The patient was discharged with recovery after 111 days. |
