老年急性心肌梗死患者院内心脏性猝死的临床特点及护理

回顾性分析我院CCU在2008年1月至2010年11月对14例老年心脏性猝死患者的监测数据,发现以70～79岁老年患者多见,死亡时间多集中在下午5时至凌晨2时,以每年的1、9～12月多见。心脏破裂、心功能不全、恶性心律失常是老年心脏性猝死的三大原因。提出监测心脏破裂患者大动脉的搏动,做好心功能不全患者脉搏血氧饱和度的监测,及时准确应用除颤器,纠正恶性心律失常,可以提高老年心脏性猝死患者的生存率。

The clinical features and nursing strategies of sudden cardiac death in elderly patients with acute myocardia infarction
