| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性颅脑损伤后血清肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素10（IL-10）的含量变化及其对临床的指导意义。方法采用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA方法,检测60例急性颅脑损伤患者伤后血清TNF-α和IL-10含量的变化。结果TNF-α、IL-10在伤后早期即明显升高。结论TNF-α和IL-10参与了急性颅脑损伤后的炎性反应过程,血清中TNF-α和IL-10含量在颅脑损伤后明显升高,可能在继发性脑损害中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the serum levels of TNF-αand IL-10 in SD rats with acute brain trauma.Methods： The serum levels of TNF-αand IL-10 were tested by ABC-ELISA method of double antibody with filling in 42 rats with acute brain trauma.Results： The levels of serum IL-10 and TNF-αwere elevated significantly at the early stage of the trauma.Conclusions： TNF-αand IL-10 were involved in the pathological process of acute brain trauma.TNF-αand IL-10 may play important roles in the brain injury secondary to the trauma. |
