摘    要:对砷暴露实验动物血清进行常用生化指标观察,结果显示24项指标中除6项指标实验与对照组接近外,18项指标有不同程度改变,其中BUN、Na、ALB、LDH、ALP、Cr、BUN/Cr、BG等项两组有显差异,提示砷对动物生化指标有一定影响,为研究人类砷中毒生化指标变化提供线索。

Abstract:Some common biochemical indices of mice serum from arsenic experiment were observed with an automatic biochemical analyzer. A total of 18 out of 24 indices observed had some changes between experimental group and control group. Compared with the control group, six indices (BUN, Na, ALB, LDH, ALP and BUN/Cr) increased obviously in the group of arsenic experiment. On the other hand, blood glucose and creatinine in experimental group were lower than that in control group. Some indices had better changes in the groups of protective cure with sulfydryl group preparation. The findings suggested that some biochemical indices could be interfered in arsenic intake, and rendered some clues of biochemistry change for human arsenic poisoning.
