| Abstract: | The activity of a new antifungal agent, an imidazolylmethylaniline derivative (XX H), synthesized by the authors, has been studied in vitro and in vivo. Antimicrobial data, in comparison with miconazole, ketoconazole and bifonazole, show antimicotic activity. The results are discussed on the basis of structure-activity relationships. |
