陈皮干姜油对疲劳大鼠血液生化、血气分析及肌糖元的影响

摘    要:目的:研究陈皮干姜油对疲劳大鼠血液生化、血气分析及肌糖元的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分为4组,连续给药15天后造成运动疲劳模型,分别进行血液生化、血气分析及肌糖元测定。结果:陈皮干姜油可升高运动疲劳大鼠的白蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、血氧饱和度及氧含量,降低总胆红素含量,并有降低疲劳大鼠运动后血清肌酸激酶水平、升高氧分压及肌糖元的趋势。结论:陈皮干姜油可部分改善疲劳大鼠血液生化、血气分析指标,促进运动后疲劳恢复。
