硝普纳治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

目的观察在常规治疗基础上应用硝普纳治疗顽固性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法采用自身对照的方法,106例顽固性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗方法无效情况下加用硝普钠持续静脉点滴,治疗1周,比较治疗前后NYHA心功能级别、心/胸比、左室射血分数（left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF）及左室舒张未期内径（left ventricular end diastolic,LVED）的变化。结果治疗1周后症状明显改善（总有效率91%）,心/胸比、左室舒张未期内径较治疗前显著缩小（P〈0.01）,左室射血分数较治疗前显著增高（P〈0.01）。结论硝普钠治疗顽固性心力衰竭疗效显著。

Observation on the Curative Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside on Refractory Heart Failure in Patients

Objective To observe the curative effect of sodium nitroprusside on refractory heart failure in patients. Methods By own control methed,106 patients were treated with sodium nitroprusside on the base of unavailability of regular treatment for a week. We compared the chance of the cardiac function,cardiothoracic ratio,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） and left ventricular end diastolic（LVED）. Results At the ends of a week,the cardiothoracic ratio and left ventricular end diastolic（LVED） reduced significantly,while the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） increased remarkably,and the cardiac function improved rate was 91%. Conclusion Sodium Nitroprusside can improve cardiac function in patients with refractory heart failure.
