| 摘 要： | 目的 观察纳洛酮治疗不同原因引起的昏迷患者的疗效。方法 选择65例昏迷患者随机分为治疗组35例,对照组30例;两组综合治疗措施相同,治疗组加用盐酸纳洛酮。结果 治疗组总有效率85.7％,对照组总有效率63.3％;两组相比P<0.05,有显著性差异;意识恢复时间治疗组也较对照组明显缩短,P<0.01,有显著性差异。结论 纳洛酮能促进昏迷患者的意识恢复,且安全、副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Naloxone(NLX) on differtent reason evocable patients with coma. Methods 65 patied were landolmly assigned into two groups. 35 patients had been treated with NLX and other 30patients had been treated on routine. Results The total effective rare of NLX in treatment of coma was 85. 7% , Which was obvious higher than controed group ( 63. 3 % ) , P < 0.05; The time of conscious recovery in treatment group was significantly shorter than in control grouo, P < 0.01. Conclusions NLX can promote conscious recovery for patients with coma. NLX is a safe and effective drug with slight side-effects. |
