论肝脾的病理影响

文章对肝脾间的病理影响提出当分为肝实传脾、肝虚累脾、脾病及肝的观点来认识。肝实传脾，强调了实则传，虚则不传的观点。对肝之实证肝郁、肝气、肝火、肝阳、肝风、肝寒、肝经湿热、气滞挟饮挟痰挟瘀，认为当分为本气自郁、演变化邪、直中内生挟邪三类，皆可病实传脾。肝虚累脾，当分肝之体用。肝用不足为肝气虚、肝阳虚，肝体不足为肝血虚、肝阴虚。肝气虚则不能疏泄脾土，肝阳虚多累及脾阳，肝血虚不能母气多并有肝郁脾虚，肝阴虚累及脾胃之阴，且多肝阴虚火气有余并有胃火之象。脾病及肝，主要为“土壅木郁”及脾病生邪犯肝。

This article presents that the pathology effects between liver and spleen should be divided into hepatic excess transmitting into the spleen,hepatic asthenia implicating injure to spleen and spleen disease influence the liver.Hepatic excess transmitting into the spleen emphasizes the view of excess to transmit while deficiency not to transmit.The excess syndromes of liver in terms of stagnation of liver-qi,hepatic qi,hepatic fire,hepatic yang,hepatic wind,hepatic coldness,dampness-heat of the liver and stagnant qi with drink,phlegm and blood stasis should be divided into three kinds: native-qi stagnant itself,evolving to pathogenic factor and direct attack induced evil occurring inside,they are all excess disease transmitting into the spleen.The hepatic asthenia implicating injure to spleen should distinguish the liver function and liver substance.Deficiencies of liver function are deficiency of liver-qi and deficiency of liver-yang;Deficiencies of liver substance are deficiency of liver-blood and deficiency of liver-yin.Deficiency of liver-qi induces the spleen pertaining to earth can not be abreaction,deficiency of liver-yang mostly implicates injure to splenic yang,deficiency of liver-blood can not be excessive mother element and having stagnation of liver-qi with deficiency of the spleen,deficiency of liver-yin involves the yin of spleen and stomach mostly with asthenic liver-yin causing excessive pyrexia and having sign of stomach-fire.The spleen disease influence the liver mainly presents spleen-earth obstructed and hepatic qi stagnation and spleen disease occurred evil to invade liver.
