| 摘 要： | 心室重塑是慢性心力衰竭(CHF)临床进程的决定因素,对它的认识可以帮助人们充分地了解CHF的病理生理过程。心室重塑因此成为CHF治疗的重要靶点。第三代β受体阻滞剂卡维地洛可防止心力衰竭患者心室重塑的发展,相应地改善这些患者长期的临床结果。

| Abstract: | Ventricular remodeling is a major determinant of the clinical course of chronic heart failure.An understanding of this phenomenon is helpful for people to fully recognize the pathophyiological process of CHF.Ventricular remodeling is an important therapeutic target of this disease.Carvedilol,the third generation of β-adrenergic receptor blocker,can prevent the development of ventricular remodeling and correspondingly improve clinical prognosis of these patients in long term. |
