肿瘤干细胞学说及相关性中药作用机理的研究

干细胞是一群未分化的具有自我更新、多系分化潜能的细胞。随着对干细胞研究的不断深入,越来越多证据表明肿瘤中极少数细胞具有干细胞特征,肿瘤干细胞概念随之产生,且已从血液肿瘤、乳腺癌、脑肿瘤、结直肠癌、卵巢癌等多种实体肿瘤中分离出肿瘤干细胞。肿瘤的发生、复发、转移与肿瘤干细胞有密切关系,但目前针对肿瘤干细胞的干预治疗尚处于研究阶段,暂无靶向调控肿瘤干细胞功能的成熟方法。实践证明,中医药对恶性肿瘤的治疗在临床有确切疗效,实验研究也发现中药可影响干细胞的生物学行为,因此,文章就肿瘤干细胞的生物学特性、调控机制及中药对其作用机理的研究进展作一综述。

Research of Tumor Stem Cell Theory and Mechanism Correlated with Tra- ditional Chinese Medicine

Stem cells are a group of undifferentiated cells with the potential capability of self - re- newal and muhiple differentiation. With the deepening research on stem cells, more and more evidences indi- cate that only a small number of cells has the characteristics of stem cells, hence, the concept of tumor stem cells is emerged. The tumor stem cells can be separated from various solid tumors such as blood cancer, breast cancer, brain tumor, colorectal cancer and ovarian cancer. The occurrence, recurrence and metastasis of tumor are closely related with tumor stem cells. But, the intervention of tumor stem cells in the treatment is still in the research stage and there is no matured method for the targeting regulation of tumor stem cell function. It is proved practically that Chinese medicine has the definite efficacy on malignant tumor. It is discovered in ex- perimental studies that Chinese medicine impacts the biological behaviors of stem cells. Therefore, this paper presented the reviews on the research progression of biological characteristics and regulation of tumor stem cells as well as the mechanism of Chinese medicine.
