摘    要:目的:探讨针灸的双向调节效应规律及自主神经机制.方法:通过颈外静脉给药,模拟自主神经效应,使大鼠空肠处于不同运动状态,分为正常组(n=15)、β2受体拮抗剂心得安组(n=15)、β2受体激动剂克伦特罗组(n=15).造模成功后,每组分别电针(3mA 2/15HZ)天枢、曲池、上巨虚及大肠俞.用多道生理信号采集系统(RM6240)记录空肠内压变化.结果:天枢、曲池、上巨虚均表现为单向优势效应,且效应量随着机体状态的不同而变化,大肠俞具有双向效应.结论:说明腧穴的双向调节效应除了与腧穴所在的部位有关外,还与机体状态密切相关.

Abstract:Objective: To explore the bidirectional regulation effect of acupuncture and its mechanism. Methods: Rats were administrated via external jugular vein to simulate autonomic nervous activity, which can lead to different conditions of jejunum. Animals were divided into normal control group, propranolol (132 receptor antagonist) group, and Clenbuterol (132 receptor agonist) groups, 15 rats in each group. Electro-acupuncture(3mA, 2/15Hz) was applied at acupoints of tianshu ( ST25 ), quchi ( LIll ), shangiuxu ( ST37 ) and dachangshu (BL25) in each group. The intestinal pressure was recorded with a physiological signal acquisition system (RM6240). Re- sults:Unilateral dominance effect was observed in the acupoints of tianshu (ST25), quchi (LI11 ) and shangjuxu( ST37 ), and the effect changed according to status of the body; while dachangshu( BL25 ) showed a bidirectional regulation effect. Conclusion:This indicates that, besides the location of acupoints, the status of the body has a close relationship with the bidirectional regulation effect of aeupoint.
