外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折

目的分析外固定支架治疗桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的临床疗效。方法总结分析外固定支架治疗28例桡骨远端不稳定型骨折临床效果。结果随访时间3~12个月,平均9.5个月。X线片示骨折全部愈合,平均愈合时间6.5个月。疗效按Dienst等提出的标准进行评定,结果优18例,良8例,可2例,优良率为92.9%。结论对于桡骨远端不稳定型骨折,采用外固定支架固定,能最大限度地恢复桡骨与尺骨的相对长度、关节面的平整、掌倾角及尺偏角,术后配合有效的康复锻炼,能使腕关节功能最大限度的恢复。

External Fixation for Unstable Distal Radius Fractures

Objective To retrospective study the clinical outcomes of external fixation for unstable fractures of distal radius. Methods External fixation was investigated in a series of 28 fractures. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 9.5 months （range from 3 to 12 months）. Results Evaluated by X-rays, all the patients were clinical healed in 6.5 months, delayed union or non-union was not observed. The final clinical functions were evaluated with the Gartland and Werley functional scoring system, eighteen patients was graded as excellent, eight as good and two as fair, the overall excellent and good rates was 92.9%. Conclusion For unstable distal radius fractures, external fixation is reliable and effective in preventing loss of reduction and avoiding complications.
