榄香烯乳联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的疗效观察

目的观察榄香烯乳注射液联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法2007年8月～2012年8月收治65例晚期胃癌患者,分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(31例)。对照组只采用替吉奥单药方案治疗,替吉奥根据体表面积给药<1.25 m2,40 mg,日2次;1.25～1.50 m2,50mg,日2次;>1.50 m2,60 mg,日2次,第1～28天,早晚餐后口服,42 d为1周期。治疗组给予替吉奥单药方案联合榄香烯乳注射液(500 mg静脉滴注,日1次,第1～14天)。治疗2周期后,比较两组疗效、不良反应及生活质量情况。结果治疗组获完全缓解(CR)4例,部分缓解(PR)15例,有效率55.9%。对照组CR 1例,PR 8例,有效率29.0%,两者有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组骨髓抑制及消化道反应相似(P>0.05)。治疗组Karnofsky评分提高为47%,对照组提高19%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯乳联合替吉奥能显著提高晚期胃癌的疗效和患者生活质量。

Efficacy Observation of Advanced Gastric Cancer Treated with Elemene and Tegafur

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in the treatment of ad- vanced gastric cancer with Elemene injection and Tegafur. Methods Sixty - five cases of advanced gastric cancer were collected from August 2007 to August 2012 and were divided into a treatment group （34 cases ） and a control group （31 cases ）. In the control group, the single medication of Tegafur was used. The dosage of Tegafur was decided according to the body surface area ,40mg, twice a day for 〈 1.25 mE ;50 mg, twice a day for 1.25 -1.50 m2 ;60 mg,twice a day for 〉 1.50 m2. The drug was taken orally after breakfast and dinner and the medication of 42 days made one period. In the treatment, the allied therapy of Tegafur and Elemene injection（ 500 mg IV drops, once a day, the first 1 -14 days）was adopted. The efficacy, adverse reaction and survival quality were compared between two groups. Results In the treatment group ,4 cases obtained com- plete remission, 15 cases partial remission and the effective rate was 55.9%. In the control group, 1 case ob- tained complete remission ,8 cases partial remission and the effective rate was 29.0%. The difference in the effective rate was significant statistically between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The bone marrow suppression and digestive reaction were similar between two groups（P 〉0.05 ）. Karnofsky score was improved by 47% in the treatment group and was by 19% in the control group. The difference was significant statistically between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The allied medication of Elemene and Tegafnr improves the efficacy and survival quality in the patients of advanced gastric cancer.
