通痹化瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型ACS临床疗效观察

目的探讨通痹化瘀汤治疗寒凝血瘀型急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效。方法将147例诊断为ACS、中医辨证为寒凝血瘀证患者随机分为治疗组80例,对照组67例。两组均给予西医综合治疗,治疗组同时口服中药通痹化瘀汤剂,每日1剂,早晚分服,连用10 d。结果治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组为77.6%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为60.0%,对照组为40.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通痹化瘀汤能显著改善ACS寒凝血瘀证的临床症状,治疗机理可能与抗血小板聚,抗血栓形成,保护血管内皮功能,改善微循环有关,可使气血调和,阴阳平衡,寒邪散,血脉通。临床观察显示通痹化瘀汤对ACS寒凝血瘀证有显著治疗效果。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy on ACS due to Cold Retention and Blood Stagnation Treated with Tongbi Huayu Decoction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy on acute coronary syndrome （ACS）due to cold retention and blood stagnation treated with tongbi huayn decoction. Methods One hundred and forty - seven cases of ACS, differentiated as cold retention and blood stagnation pattern/syndrome were randomized into a treatment group （ 80 cases ） and a control group （ 67 cases ）. The comprehensive treatment of western medicine was applied in both groups and the oral administration of tongbi huayu decoction was supplemented in the treatment group, one dose a day, taking separately in the morning and evening, continuously for 10 days. Results The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and was 77.6% in the control group, presenting the statistically significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tongbi hua- yu decoction significantly relieves the clinical symptoms of ACS of cold retention and blood stagnation pat- tern/syndrome, which is related possibly to anti -platelet aggregation, anti -thrombosis, protection of vascular endothelial function and improvement of microcireulation. This medicine harmonizes qi and blood, balances yin and yang, disperses cold pathogen and promotes circulation in vessels. The clinical observation indicates that tongbi huayu decoction achieves the significant therapeutic effect on ACS differentiated as cold retention and blood stagnation.
