康莱特胶丸加同步放化疗治疗局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

观察康莱特胶丸(KLTC)联合同步放化疗对局部晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的治疗效果。52例局部晚期NSCLC患者,随机分为综合组(27例)和对照组(25例)。分别对两组患者采用KLTC合并同步放化疗与同步放化疗治疗。两组CR分别为25.9%(7/27)和12.0%(3/25),差异无统计学意义,P=0.157;有效率(CR PR)分别为77.8%(21/27)和68.0%(17/25),差异无统计学意义,P=0.427;综合组治疗前后KPS评分及体质量评分明显高于对照组,P值分别为0.015和0.042。初步结果提示,口服KLTC联合同步放化疗可以减轻放化疗引起的不良反应,并有可能进一步提高局部晚期NSCLC同步放化疗的疗效。

Clinical study of Kanglaite capsules combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

The objective of this study was to observe the curative effect of the regimen of Kanglaite capsules combined with GP in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Fifty-two NSCLC patients were divided into combining group and control group.Combining group were treated by GP regimen combined with KLT capsules,and control group were treated with GP regimen alone randomly.In the two groups,the CR rates were 25.9%(7/27)and 12.0%(3/25),P=0.157;the response rates were 77.8%(21/27)and 68.0%(17/25),P=0.427.KPS and weigth points of the combining group was much more than those of the control group(P=0.015,P=0.042).The result shows that the regimen of Kanglaite capsules combined with GP can reduce the side effects and probably increase the curative effect of NSCLC.
