磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义

目的:了解磷酸酶-张力蛋白基因(PTEN)在非小细胞肺癌组织及癌周正常组织中的表达及意义。方法:选用18例肺癌新鲜标本,用实时定量PCR法(RT-PCR法)检测PTEN基因,并结合临床病理分期、类型,不同分化程度和不同大小来研究PTEN基因表达对疾病发生发展的影响。结果:肺非癌组织PTEN基因的表达明显高于癌组织(P<0.05)。不同病理类型、病理分期,分化程度和不同大小肺癌中PTEN基因表达的比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:PTEN基因丢失与肺癌的发生密切相关,其表达水平是反映肺癌发展生物学行为的有用标志物。

Expression and significance of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromsomegen (PTET) gene in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer

Objective:To investigate the expression of phosphate and tension homology deleted on chromsomegen(PTEN)gene in lung carcinoma tissues and compare the expression of PTEN gene in lung carcinoma and in lung benign disease tissues.Methods:Total 18 lung cancer fresh samples and self-paired with non-cancerous tissues,PTEN gene in lung cancer and normal tissues were detected by real-time PCR(RT-PCR)method.Results:Among these 18 fresh samples PTEN was detected.The results suggested that PTEN gene expression was significantly higher in their non-cancerous tissues than that in lung cancer tissues(P<0.05).However,no significant difference in PTEN expression was found between different styles,pathological stages,differentiating degrees and sizes of lung cancers(P>0.05).Conclusion:The loss of PTEN is closely related to the lung carcinoma,and the expression level of PTEN gene should be used as a useful marker of the biological behavior of lung cancer.
