偏头痛患者综合干预的对照研究

目的探讨综合性干预防治偏头痛的疗效.方法将142名偏头痛患者随机分为两组,研究组除常规治疗外,并用心理治疗和抗抑郁焦虑剂,对照组仅用常规治疗,标准治疗期40天,对两组痊愈者跟踪随访1年.入组者治疗前后均检测血中5-HT含量及SCL-90评定.结果两组于治疗后血5-HT及SCL-90总分均下降,但研究组下降显著高于对照组(p＜0.05～0.01).研究组总有效率100%、痊愈率94.4%、1年后仍保持痊愈者100%,明显优于对照组(分别为84.5%、33.8%、62.5%,p＜0.01).结论心理干预能有效提高偏头痛患者的心理健康水平,改善心身症状.

Comprehensive Intervention on Migraine

Objective: To investigate therapeutic effects of comprehensive intervention (psychotherapy plus antidepressant or anxioletics) in treatment of migraine Method: One hundred and forty-two patients with migraine were randomly assigned to two groups: study group with comprehensive therapy and routine treatment for migraine, control group with routine treatment for migraine only Both groups were treated for at least 40 days and were assessed by SCL-90 before and after intervention, plasma 5-HT of them was also tested twice All of them were followed for 1 year Results: The levels of blood 5-HT and total score of SCL-90 were reduced in both groups after treatment, but those of study group decreased more dramatically than control group (p<0 05) In study group, the effective rate was 100%, cure rate was 94 4%, and 100% remained stable after 1 year These results were significantly better than the counter parts of control group (84 5%, 33 8% and 62 5% respectively, p<0 01) Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention is much more effective than routine treatment for migraine
