| 摘 要： | 目的观察促红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后脑红蛋白(Neuroglobin,Ngb)表达的影响。方法选用60只健康雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,制备缺血再灌注损伤模型。采用随机区组设计将大鼠分为非治疗组(N-T组30只)、EPO治疗组(T组30只)。其中治疗组再按EPO不同剂量分为三个亚组(EPO1组、EPO2组、EPO3组)。EPO治疗组缺血再灌注损伤2h后分别注射EPO1000u/Kg,3000u/Kg以及5000u/Kg,24h后所有受试对象均处死取脑。应用免疫组织化学技术检测脑缺血再灌注后Ngb的表达情况。结果EPO治疗组Ngb表达明显高于非治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(t=112.205,P=0.000);EPO治疗组不同亚组之间随着EPO剂量的增大,Ngb的表达呈递增趋势,三组间两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且与EPO治疗剂量呈正相关(rs=0.872,P=0.000)。结论大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后采用EPO治疗能促进Ngb的表达。
