超临界CO2萃取麦冬中高异黄酮类物质的工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定超临界CO2萃取麦冬中高异黄酮类物质的最佳工艺条件。方法通过单因素试验及正交试验考察最佳萃取工艺条件,并测定萃取物中总高异黄酮含量。结果最佳工艺条件是萃取温度55℃,萃取压力20MPa,萃取时间120min,夹带剂用量2.0mL/mg。结论超临界CO2萃取麦冬中高异黄酮类物质萃取率高、工艺简单、重现性好。

Abstract:Objective To study the optimum supercritical CO2 extraction technology of homoisoflavone from Radix Ophiopogonis.Methods The single-factor test and orthogonal tests were adopted to optimize the extraction process using the content of homoisoflavone as indicator.Results The optimal extraction conditions were the temperature at 55 ℃,the pressure at 20 MPa,the extraction time for 2 h and the entrainer volume for 2.0 mL/mg.Conclusion This technology is characterized by high extraction yield,simplicity and good reproducibility.
