板层角膜移植联合球结膜唇粘膜移植治疗烧伤重症睑球粘连

目的 观察角膜移植治疗烧伤后睑球粘连的效果。方法 应用板层角膜移植联合自体球结膜、唇粘膜移植术治疗28例（29眼）重症睑球粘连，将角结膜假性胬肉分离至穹窿部，保留板层角膜及胬肉上皮层并反转作为睑结膜或移植粘膜作为睑膜，用新鲜板层角膜作供体更替浑浊角膜，用同侧或对侧眼球结膜修补巩膜表面结膜创面。结果 一次手术者25眼，二次手术3眼，三次手术1眼，治愈20眼，明显好转6眼，复发3眼。结论 板层角膜移植联合球结膜、唇粘膜 后重症睑球粘连是一种良好的手术方法。

Lameller Keratoplasty with Bulbar Conjunctiva and Lip Membrane Transplantation for Severe Symblepharon

Objective To examine the usefulness of keratoplasty with the patients of symblepharon after burns.Method 29 eyes of 28 consecutive patients with severe symblepharon resulting from chemical burns or thermal burns were studied.After seperation of the fibrous tissues of pseudopterygium form cornea and conjunctiva to fornix,conservation of lameuer cornea,turnover of pterygium epithelium lamella or lip mucosae as palpebral conjunctiva,fresh camellar conea as donator took the place of opaque cornea,conjunctiva or lip mucosae autosraft was placed on the sclera.Result 25 eyes were operated once,3 eyes were operated twice,1 eyes was operated three times.Among them,20 eyes were cured,6 eyes were improved clearly,3 eyes relapsed.Conclusion Transplantation of lamellar cornea with bulbar conjunctiva and lip mucosae appears to be a promising surgical treatment for severe symblepharon after burns.
