| 摘 要： | 本文以丙硫咪唑及左旋咪唑联合及单项治疗小白鼠泡状棘球蚴病皆显示有疗效。对照组泡球蚴生发层有明显的增生，表现为生发层细胞结节增生，育囊及原头蚴形成。治疗组与对照组比较呈显著的生发层增生抑制现象（实验１Ｐ＝０．０００１，实验２分别为Ｐ＝０．０２９３及Ｐ＝０．００８２）。治疗组这一变化可普遍地作为初步筛选治疗泡球蚴病药物的形态学指标。

| Abstract: | lbendazol and levomisole therapy were both effective in combination and
singly forEchinococcus alveolaris in mice. Two experiments were included in this article.
There weresignificant differences in comparision the therapeutic groups with the control groups
oninhibition of proliferation of the germinal layer, such as cellular nodules formation,
germinalcysts and protoscoleces formation (Exp 1 p=0.000 1, Exp 2 p=0.029 3 and p=0. 008
2respectively).The inhibition of proliferation of the germinal layer may be generally used as
amorphological index for preliminary screening of any drugs against Echinococcus alveolaris |
