| 摘 要： | 分类综述提取于蛭类动物体内的抗凝血物质的抗凝机制、构效关系及临床应用开发。对蛭类体内抗凝血活性物质的深入研究，大大推动了人们对凝血机制的认识，并促进了抗凝血药物的发展。
