陕西省定边县2007～2009年药品行政处罚案件分析

目的提高监督效能,最大限度的消除监管盲区、盲点。方法通过对3年来行政处罚案件的收集、整理,按年度、办案总数、案件来源、违法主体、性质、监督类别、假药定性依据、处罚程序等进行分类统计。结果 3年来行政处罚案件数量呈逐年上升趋势。结论增加稽查人力和执法装备,建立目标责任制,完善内部协作机制,健全激励机制和多渠道举报投诉制度,是提高基层一线执法监督效能的有效手段。

Analysis of Drug Administrative Penalty Cases in Dingbian County of Shangxi Province from 2007 to 2009

Objective To improve the monitoring performance,to maximize the elimination of regulatory blind,blind spots.Methods For three years to compile the administrative penalty cases,by year,handling the total number of cases the main source of law,nature,supervision categories,fake qualitative basis,punishment procedures statistics.Results Three years,the number of cases increased year by year administrative penalty.Conclusion The analysis shows that enforcement,in the same area,to increase inspection personnel and law enforcement equipment,the establishment of target responsibility system,improve their internal coordination mechanism,establish and improve incentives and multi-channel reporting the complaints system is to improve the effectiveness of the rank and effective means of law enforcement and supervision.
