男性首发精神分裂症患者额叶质子波谱研究

目的探讨首发精神分裂症患者额叶质子波谱的特点。方法利用1H-MRS技术对10名首次发病且未经抗精神病药物治疗的男性精神分裂症患者和10正常对照的额叶进行检测。对照组的性别、年龄、利手、文化程度与患者组匹配,且精神疾病家族史为阴性。所有1H-MRS检查均在1.5T场强条件下进行,回波时间(TE)144毫秒(ms),检测的代谢物包括NAA、胆碱复合物(CHO)、肌酸(Cr),用公司提供的软件(GEFuntool2)测量各峰下面积并分别计算NAA/Cr及CHO/Cr的比值。结果采用多因素方差分析发现,患者组额叶NAA/Cr比值显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),而两组之间CHO/Cr比值的差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在精神分裂症发病初期额叶神经元的完整性或功能可能已经受到损害。

A proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy on frontal lobe in the first -episode male schizophrenic patients

Objective: This in vivo proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy study examined levels of N-acetylaspartate, choline-containing compounds and creatine in patients experiencing their first episode of schizophrenia. Methods: Ten first-episode male patients who had received no antipsychotic medication were compared with ten healthy controls matched for age, gender, handedness, education. 1H-MRS was performed on a clinical MR system and acquired at 1.5 T and 144 ms echo time in frontal lobe in all subjects. Ratios of N-acetylaspartate (NAA)/ creatine (Cr), choline-containing compounds (CHO)/Cr in the frontal lobe were determined. Results:Relative to the comparison subjects,the patients demonstrated significantly lower NAA/Cr in frontal regions (P<0.05). And no statistical group differences in CHO/Cr were noted (P>0.05). Conclusion:These results suggest that abnormalities in neuronal integrity or function in frontal lobe may be present at the onset of disease.
