高龄人工晶体植入患者手术前后生活质量及相关因素研究

目的探索高龄患者白内障摘除人工晶体植入手术前后生活质量及其相关因素。方法运用视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表调查387例80岁以上行白内障摘除人工晶状体植入手术患者(白内障425只眼),观察术前、术后的视力变化对其生活的影响并予以生活质量测查分析。结果术后患者生活质量及生活质量4个维度得分均显著提高(P<0.05),影响视力的主要原因依次是老年性黄斑变性、青光眼、视网膜静脉阻塞、视神经萎缩等。结论高龄患者在白内障摘除人工晶体植入术后视力有明显提高,对生活质量的改善起到了很好的作用。在术前对患者进行耐心细致的谈话及解释工作可提高患者的依从性。

Study on Quality of Life of Senile Cataract Patients Before and After IOL Implantation and Related Factors

Objective To explore quality of life and related factors of senile cataract patients before and after IOL implantation.Methods CLVQOL was used to compare quality of life of 387 senile patients(425 eyes) over 80 years old before and after cataract extraction and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation,and the preoperative and postoperative vision were observed and related factors were analyzed.Results After the operation,the enhanced vision improved quality of life of senile patients and their activities of daily life.The main factors affected vision were aged related macular degeneration,glaucoma,retinal vein occlusion and optic atrophy in turn.Conclusion The vision of aged patients who had undergone the operation of cataract extraction and IOL implantation were greatly increased,which played an important role in improving quality of life of senile patients.And talking with patients and careful explaining can improve the compliance of patients.
