摘    要:目的检测Bis-GMA/TEGDMA树脂片经去离子水浸泡后的水解产物。方法 Bis-GMA/TEGDMA单体加入CQ/DMAEMA后光照聚合制备树脂片,将树脂片经37℃恒温去离子水浸泡24 h,其中在1h、3 h、6 h和24 h四个时间点各取1 mL浸泡液,用乙酸乙酯萃取、旋蒸,通过高效液相色谱质谱法(HPLC/MS)检测分析,确定树脂水解产物。结果树脂片的水解产物为双酚A-二甘油醚(Bis-GMA-2MA)、双酚A-二氧代丙基醚(Bis-GMA-2MA-2H2O)、单甲基丙烯酸二缩三乙二醇酯(TEGDMA-MA)和二缩三乙二醇(TEGDMA-2MA)。结论 Bis-GMA/TEGDMA树脂片经去离子水浸泡后树脂可发生水解,水解产物及残余Bis-GMA/TEGDMA树脂单体可析出并释放到去离子水中。

Abstract:Objective To detect the hydrolysis products of resin discs immersed in demonized water. Methods Light-cured resin discs composed of Bis-GMA/TEGDMA and CQ/DMAEMA were immersed in deionized water for 24 h at 37℃, then, 1 mL of soak Solution at 1 h, 3 h, 6 h and 24 h was extracted with ethyl acetate and evaporated by a rotary evaporator. Finally the hydrolysis products of resins were confirmed through the high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and mass spectrometry (MS). Results The hydrolysis products of Bis-GMA/TEGDMA resin discs were Bis- GMA-2MA, Bis-GMA-2MA-2H20, TEGDMA-MA and TEGDMA-2MA, respectively. Conclusions Bis-GMA/TEGDMA resin was hydrolyzed after immersed in deionized water. The hydrolysis products and residual monomers of Bis-GMA/ TEGDMA could be released into deionized water.
