合谷刺法治疗肩背部肌筋膜炎的临床观察

目的：观察合谷刺法治疗肩背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法：将60例肩背部肌筋膜炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组选用合谷刺法,对照组采用常规针刺法进行治疗,10天后观察疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率和有效率分别为90%、96.67%,对照组治愈率和有效率分别为66.67%、90%。两组治愈率和有效率比较有明显差异。结论：应用合谷刺法治疗肩背部肌筋膜炎有良好疗效,其疗效优于常规针刺。

Clinical Observation on Treating Myofascitis of Shoulder and Back with Multi-direction Needling Plus Therapy

Objective ：The clinical observation of curative effect on treating myofaseitis of shoulder and back with multi -direction needling plus therapy. Methods：60 cases with shoulder and back myofaseitis were ran- domly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with multi- direction needling plus therapy, and the control group was treated with regular acupuncture treat- ment. Their therapeutic effects were compared after treatment for ten days. Results：The cure rate and effective rate were 90% and 96.67% in the treatment group,respectively, compared with 66.67% and 90% in the con- trol group, respectively. There were obvious differences between the cure rate and the efficiency rate of the two groups. Conclusion：There are good curative effects on treating myofascitis of shoulder and back with multi - di- rection needling plus therapy, and it is better than the regular acupuncture treatment.
