皮部浅刺加药线点灸对50例脑卒中后偏瘫上肢痉挛状态康复效果的影响及其评价

目的：观察皮部浅刺加药线点灸对脑卒中后偏瘫上肢痉挛状态的康复效果。方法：将脑卒中后遗留有上肢偏瘫痉挛状态的100例住院患者据其住院号的单双随机分成皮部浅刺加药线点灸治疗组和常规针刺拮抗肌经络腧穴治疗对照组,各50例,治疗组选取患侧上肢拮抗肌群阿是穴进行皮部浅刺加药线点灸治疗,对照组选取常规穴位治疗。两组患者分别于初期（治疗前）、末期（治疗3个疗程后）进行Ashworth评价量表（MAS）、Barthel指数评价量表（MBI）评价患者偏瘫上肢痉挛程度及日常生活活动能力（ADL）的康复效果。结果：两组治疗3个疗程后,治疗组在Ashworth评分、Barthel指数评分均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：皮部浅刺加药线点灸可有效地改善脑卒中后患者偏瘫上肢痉挛程度及日常生活活动能力,提高患者生存和生活质量。

Influence and Evaluation on Effects of Rehabilitation in 50 Cases of Spastic Hemiplegia of Stroke Treated by Skin Surface Acupuncture with Medicated Thread Moxibustion

Objective： To observe effects of rehabilitation on spastic hemiplegia of stroke treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion. Methods： 100 patients with spastic hemiplegia of stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group including 50 cases, and the treatment group was treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion while the control group re- ceived conventional acupuncturing Meridians and point of antagonistic muscle. A - Shi points of antagonistic muscle were chosen in the sick upper limb and were treated by skin surface acupuncture with medicated thread moxibustion in the treatment group while conventional points were chosen and acupuntured in the control group. Effects of rehabilitation and Activities of Daily living（ADL） in both groups were evaluated according to Modified Ashworth Scale （MAS） and Modified Barthel Index （MBI） before and after treatment （three courses for treat- ment）. Results：Mter three courses of treatment, the score of MAS and MBI in the treatment group was better than that of the control group and there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Skin surface acu- puncture with medicated thread moxibustion can ease spastic hemiplegia of stroke and improve activities of daily living and quality of life for patients.
