温阳通脉针法治疗改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓的临床研究

目的:探讨改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓用温阳通脉针法治疗的疗效。方法:通过对60例改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓的病例进行研究,随机分为治疗组(装置临时起搏器,温阳通脉针法结合静脉泵入葡萄糖加异丙肾上腺素)、对照组(装置临时起搏器,静脉泵入葡萄糖加异丙肾上腺素),两组均治疗10天,分别观察两组治愈率和总有效率。结果:治疗组治愈率55.17%,总有效率89.66%,无效率10.34%。对照组治愈率29.03%,总有效率74.19%,无效率25.81%。两组治愈率、总有效率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:治疗改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓,温阳通脉针法结合静脉泵入葡萄糖加异丙肾上腺素治疗优于静脉泵入葡萄糖加异丙肾上腺素,可以显著提高疗效,值得推广。

The Clinical Observation of Sinus Brachycardia after Modified Maze Procedure by AcuDuncture and Moxibustion for Warming Yang Therapy

Objective： To observe the effects of sinus brachycardia by acupuncture and moxibustion for warming yang therapy after modification maze procedure. Methods：60 patients were diagnosed Sinus brachycardia after modified maze procedure ,which were divided into 2 groups at random. One group was treated and equipped by temporary pacemaker, acupuncture and moxibustion for warming Yang therapy and glucose isoprel injection in- fused by syringe pump （treatment group）, and the other group was treated and equipped by temporary pacemak- er plus glucose isoprel injection infused by syringe pump（ control group）. The therapeutic course lasted ten days for both groups. Observe two groups to reveal the cure rate and effectiveness. Results：Treatment group： Cure rate was 55.17%, effective rate was 89.66%, and ineffective rate was 10.34%. The control group ： Cure rate was 29.03% ,effective rate was 74.19% ,and ineffective rate was 25.81%. The difference of cure rates and ef- fective rates was remarkably significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Treatment group has a more significant and persistent efficiency on sinas bradycardia, which is worth extending in clinical work.
