青年男性冠心病患者的冠状动脉特点与危险因素分析

目的探讨青年男性冠心病患者冠脉特点与相关危险因素。方法回顾性分析随机选取笔者所在医院的107例青年（46岁以下）男性冠心病患者的冠脉造影结果,与同期320例老年男性冠心病病例对比,并对临床冠心病危险因素进行卡方检验。结果青年男性冠心病患者病变多为单支病变,且主要累及前降支;吸烟、血脂异常及糖尿病是46岁以下男性冠心病患者的主要危险因素。结论提前干预冠心病危险因素,可显著降低冠心病的发病率。

Coronary Angiography in Male Patients with Coronary Heart Disease（CHD） Characteristics Under the Age of 45 and Risk Factors Analysis

Objective This objective was to investigate the pathological features of coronary relative dangerous factors among the male Coronary Heart Disease patients under the age of 46. Methods We analysis ths return of coronary angiography and dangerous facters among the 107 cases hat were selected randomly of CHD patients under the age of 46. And we also contrast with those 320 cases with the normal coronary angiography report. The chi- square analysis was performed for the risk factors in the patients with coronary heart diseases. Result The young CHD patients mostly have the problem with single branch of coronary,and most of them involved left anterior descending. The main dangerous factors among the young CHD patients are the smoking,the Dyslipidemia and the Diabetes. Conclusion Advance intervention of sorts of dangerous factors and less youth suffer from CHD.
