磷酸肌酸钠在妇科手术中的心肌保护作用

目的研究术前合并心肌缺血的妇科手术患者应用磷酸肌酸钠之后心肌保护作用。方法选择100例术前心电图检查示有心肌缺血的妇科手术患者随机分为两组。应用磷酸肌酸钠组（A组）术中应用磷酸肌酸钠2.0g静点;对照组（B组）给予生理盐水100 ml静点。记录相关的症状和体征。结果A组术中不良反应发生率明显低于B组（P〈0.05）。结论磷酸肌酸钠对合并心肌缺血的妇科患者有心肌保护作用。

Sodium Phosphocreatine Myocardial Protection in Gynecologic Surgery

Objective Study the protection effect on Myocardium for Creatine phosphate Sodium applying on those patient with myocardial ischemia before Gynecological operation. Method Select 100 patients who are found out myocardial ischemia after ECG examination before Gynecological operation and sort them in 2 groups in random. Group A with Creatine phosphate Sodium： Apply Creatine phosphate Sodium- 2. 0 grams of static point on this group’s patients in operation. Group B for Contrast： ApplyPhysiological saline- 100ml of static point on this group’s patients. Result The ratio for adverse reaction during operaition in group A is obviously lower than that in group B（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Creatine phosphate Sodium has protection effect on Myocardium of those old patients with myocardial ischemia before Gynecological operation.
