支气管肺泡灌洗治疗小儿大叶性肺炎的疗效观察

目的 探讨支气管肺泡灌洗治疗大叶性肺炎的疗效.方法 对34例大叶性肺炎患者在一般内科综合治疗基础上加用支气管肺泡局部灌洗治疗,并与30例仅用内科治疗的大叶性肺炎患者进行对照观察.结果 治疗组34例中显效21例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率88.2％;对照组30例中显效5例,有效8例,无效17例,总有效率43.3％.结论 支气管肺泡灌洗是治疗大叶性肺炎的有效方法,具有安全、快速、直接、准确率高等优点,值得推广.

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Bronchialalveolarlavage of Lobar Pneumonia in Children

Conclusion Bronchoalveolarlavage is an effective method of treatment of lobar pneumonia, has the advantages of safety, rapid, direct and high accuracy, Is worth promoting.
