| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺癌的诊断价值。方法26例甲状腺癌病例来自我院2008年1月～2011年12月的住院患者，分析高频彩色多普勒超声的声像图特点，并与术后病理进行对照。结果26例经病理诊断证实的甲状腺癌中，超声诊断2l例，5例误诊为甲状腺良性肿瘤，诊断符合率为80．8％（21／26）。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断中有重要的临床价值，值得推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound frequency color Doppler ultrasound for thyroid cancer.Methods Tweity-six cases of thyroid cancer cases from the hospital January 2008 December to 2011 hospitalized patients,analyzed the sonographic characteristics of the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were compared with postoperative pathology.Results Tweity-six patients with pathologically confirmed the diagnosis of thyroid cancer diagnosed by ultrasound in 21 cases,5 cases were misdiagnosed as benign thyroid ultrasound,the diagnosis coincidence rate was 80.8%(21/26).Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid cancer has important clinical value,and it is worthy of promotion and application. |
