痔洗液熏洗加止痛生肌膏换药促进肛门病术后切口愈合的临床研究

目的探讨促进痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘等肛门疾病术后切口愈合疗效。方法将137例痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘术后患者随机分成两组，研究组69例应用痔洗液肛门局部熏洗，止痛生肌膏切口换药；对照组68例应用高锰酸钾局部外洗，凡士林纱条创面换药。结果研究组术后切口愈合时间平均（14．7±3．0）d，对照组术后切VI愈合时间平均（18±5）d。结论研究组术后切12I愈合时间明显短于对照组，表明痔洗液熏洗加止痛生肌膏肛门切口换药明显缩短切口愈合时间。

Clinical research of hemorrhoid lotion fumigation plus analgesic and myogenic cream dressings in promotion of postoperative wound healing for anal diseases

Objective To investigate the curative effects in the promotion of postoperative wound healing for hemorrhoids,anal fissure,perianal abscess,anal fistula and other anal diseases.Methods A total of 137 patients receiving the surgery for hemorrhoids,anal fissure,perianal abscess or anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups.The 69 patients in the study group received anal local fumigation with hemorrhoid lotion and analgesic and myogenic cream dressings.The 68 patients in the control group received local external washing with potassium permanganate and vaseline gauze dressings.Results The average postoperative wound healing time was(14.7±3.0) days for the 69 patients in the study group and(18±5) days for the 68 patients in the control group.Conclusion The postoperative wound healing time of the study group was significantly longer than that of the control group,indicating that hemorrhoid lotion fumigation and analgesic and myogenic cream dressings can obviously reduce the wound healing time.
