鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎的鼻内镜手术治疗

目的探讨鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎的特点和治疗方法。方法对我科1998年1月至2008年1月收治的经病理确诊的32例鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎患者,行鼻内镜手术为主的综合治疗。结果 32例中治愈17例(48.9%),好转12例(40.0%),无效3例(11.1%),总有效率88.9%;术中无大出血等并发症;术后并发症主要为鼻腔粘连。结论鼻咽癌放疗后鼻窦炎的发生率极高,鼻窦炎直接影响鼻咽癌放疗的效果;鼻内镜手术治疗放疗后鼻窦炎可以获得良好的疗效,有利于提高鼻咽癌患者放疗后的生活质量。

Endoscopic sinus surgery for sinusitis after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the therapeutic method for sinusitis after radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC）.Methods From January 1998 to January 2008,32 cases of NPC patients with sinusitis caused by radiotherapy were enrolled in this study.All the patients were treated by endoscopic sinus surgery combined with other adjunctive therapies.Results Of the 32 cases,17 cases（48.9%） were cured,12 cases（40%） were improved and the other 3 cases（11.1%） were not cured.No incidence of massive haemorrhage during operation was recorded.The most frequent postoperative complication was synechia nasal.Conclusion The incidence of sinusitis is very high,which directly impacts the effect of radiotherapy for NPC.Endoscopic sinus surgery performed on sinusitis patients after radiotherapy is therapeutically effective and helpful in improving the patient＇ quality of life.
