2005-2007年云南省大理州艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者CD4^＋ T细胞检测情况分析

目的了解云南省大理州艾滋病病毒感染者/艾滋病患者（HIV/AIDS）的CD4^＋ T细胞水平,为后续相关工作的开展提供必要信息。方法对大理州2005-2007年检测的HIV/AIDSCD4^＋ T细胞检测数据进行分析,≤200个/μl判为AIDS。结果大理州2005-2007年共检测标本3058人份,CD4^＋ T细胞≤200个/μl有697人份,占22.79%;其中检测吸毒人群标本1812人份,占检测总数的59.25%。结论大理州HIV/AIDS疫情较为严重,应大力加强CD4^＋ T细胞检测、转诊、抗病毒治疗及对吸毒人群的干预工作。

Detection of CD_4~+ T cell in people living with HIV/AIDS in Dali Autonomous Prefecture,Yunnan province,2005-2007

Objective To investigate the CD4^＋T cell level among the people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA） in Dali Autonomous Region, Yunnan province, and provide the basic information for the prevention and control of AIDS. Methods The data on the detection of CD4^＋T cell in PLWHA during 2005 - 2007 in Dali were analyzed. Results During this period, the samples from 3058 PLWHA were detected with CD4^＋T cell ≤200/μl in 697 PLWHA （22.79%）. Among these samples, 1812 were taken from drug users （59.25%）. Conclusion The epidemic of HIV/ AIDS was severe, and it is necessary to strengthen the detection of CD4^＋T cell, transfer treatment, highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） as well as the intervention to drug users.
