| 摘 要： | 目的 了解医护人员对癌症病情告知策略评价及选择的影响因素,为科学进行癌症告知提供依据.方法 采用自行设计的问卷对634名医护人员进行调查.结果 住院经历、家庭月收入、丧礼经历、文化程度、危重患者接触史、处置死亡患者经历是影响医护人员对癌症病情告知策略赞同度的主要因素;危重患者接触史、处置死亡患者经历、重病经历、职称和工作科室是影响医护人员对癌症病情告知人员、时间、内容选择的主要因素(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 医护人员需要努力克服在癌症告知认识上的误区,加强同行交流与学习,不断地从自身临床实践和人生经历中学习和积累告知策略.
