心理治疗与穴位注射联合用于分娩镇痛临床研究

目的 :探讨心理疗法与穴位注射联合用于分娩镇痛的效果及对母儿的影响。方法 :将 2 10例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组 ,观察组用心理疗法和穴位注射 ;对照组只用心理疗法 ,观察镇痛起效时间、镇痛效果、持续时间 ;比较两组的宫缩痛程度、产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿Apgar评分、产时出血量和产后出血率。结果 :观察组的镇痛效果优于对照组(P <0 .0 1) ,且活跃期和总产程时间短于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :心理疗法与穴位注射联合用于分娩镇痛 ,效果可靠 ,且能缩短产程 ,对母儿无不良影响 ,是一种理想的分娩镇痛方法

Clinical Study on Applying the Combination of Psychological Therapy and Point Injection in Childbirth Analgesia

Objective: to probe into the impacts of applying the combination of psychological therapy and point injection on childbirth analgesic effect and on mothers and infants. Methods: a total of 210 parturient were divided into both test and control group randomly. Parturient in test group were given psychological therapy plus point injection. Whereas parturient in control group only got psychological therapy. Items including initiation time of analgesia, analgesic effect, duration of analgesia of the two groups were observed. And labor pains, time of birth process, presentation, Apgar scoring of newborns, hemorrhage of both during and after delivery of parturient in the two groups were compared. Results: in terms of analgesic effect, parturient in test group are superior to those in control group (P<0.01). Both active stage and total stages of labor of parturient in test group are shorter than that of parturient in control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: to apply psychological therapy plus point injection in childbirth analgesia has a stable and good effect. It can shorten the stage of labor. It has no adverse effect on both mothers and infants. So it is an ideal way of childbirth analgesia.
