社区护理干预对首发精神分裂症患者康复的影响

目的探讨对首发精神分裂症患者痊愈出院后进行社区护理干预的效果.方法将痊愈出院的首发精神分裂症患者106例,随机分成干预组及对照组,采用定期随访及电话随机咨询的方式进行社区护理干预,于干预前和干预后半年、1年进行精神分裂症阳性症状量表(SAPS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、MOS健康状况问卷(SF-36)评定.结果干预组半年、1年后BPRS、SDSS评分明显优于对照组,两组间差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01),干预组病人服药依从性及自我管理药物能力明显优于对照组(P＜0.01),防复发的能力及生活质量较对照组明显提高.结论社区护理干预有助于改善精神分裂症患者残留症状,降低复发率、提高生活质量及服药的依从性,对保持精神分裂症患者良好的远期效果具有重要意义.

THE EFFECTS OF COMMUNITY NURSING INTERVENTION ON THE RECOVERY OF PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY SCHIZOPHRENIA

Objective To explore the effects of community nursing intervention on patients with primary schizophrenia after their being discharged from hospital.Methods 106 cases of primary schizophrenia was randomly divided into the intervention group and the contrast group.Regular follow-up surveys and consultations through phones were used in the community nursing intervention.The intervention effects were evaluated according to SAPS,SANS,BPRS,SDSS and SF-36 in MOS half year or one year before and after the interventions.There existed significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).The ability to take drug willingly and to store the drugs properly was improved more greatly in the experimental group than in the contrast group(P<0.01).The ability to prevent recurrence and their quality of life were also improved greatly.ResultsConclusion Community nursing intervention can produce profound long-run good effects on patients with primary schizophrenia in terms of improving their residual symptoms,reducing the incidence of recurrence,and improving their quality of life and willingess to take medicine.
