0.1％普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗急性变态反应性结膜炎的疗效

目的评价0．1％普拉洛芬滴眼液治疗急性变态反应性结膜炎的有效性及安全性。方法60例（120眼）急性变态反应性结膜炎患者，包括季节性与常年性变态反应性结膜炎．随机分成两组：对照组单用0．05％富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液．试验组联合应用0．1％普拉洛芬滴眼液与0．05％富马酸依美斯汀滴眼液，两组用药均为每日3次。治疗前与治疗后第1天、第4天、第7天、第14天进行随访，评估眼痒、流泪、畏光、异物感等症状与睑结膜乳头和滤泡、分泌物、结膜充血、结膜水肿、角膜缘改变、角膜上皮改变、球周组织水肿等体征，评价有效率及治愈率，并观察用药后不适感与副作用。结果两组患者的一般情况、治疗前症状与体征评分差异均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。对照组与试验组的总评分值在治疗后第1天分别为20.30±4．69与12．53±4．12．第4天分别为16．85±3．95与5．93±3．06．第7天分别为12．00±4．26与3．07±3．19，第14天分别为9．45±5．28与1．40±2．46，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。对照组与试验组在治疗7d后有效率分别为53.3％与100．0％。治愈率分别为6．7％与46．7％;治疗14d后有效率分别为73.3％与100．0％．治愈率分别为10．0％与73．3％．差异均有非常显著的统计学意义（P〈0．01）。试验组未见明显用药后不适感与副作用。结论0．1％普拉洛芬滴眼液能快速、有效地缓解急性变态反应性结膜炎的症状与体征，是一种有效而安全的变态反应性结膜炎的治疗药物。

Clinical assessment of 0.1% Pranoprofen eye drops on the treatment of acute allergic conjunctivitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 0.1% Pranoprofen eye drops, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug （NSAID）, on the treatment of acute allergic conjunctivitis. Methods Sixty patients （120 eyes） with acute allergic conjunctivitis, including seasonal and perennial allergic conjunctivitis, were enrolled in the study. A randomnized and controlled study using 0.05% Emedastine difumarate eye drops was adopted for the control group and 0.1% Pranoprofen eye drops plus 0.05% Emedastine difumarate eye drops were administered three times a day for the test group. Symptoms and signs were evaluated before and after the treatment on day 1, 4, 7 and 14 and the side effects were observed. Results There was no significant difference between the control and test groups in the general condition and mean scores of symptoms and signs be- fore treatment. After the drops were administered, the respective mean scores of all symptoms and signs in the control and test groups were 20.30±4.69 and 12.53±4.12 on day 1, 16.85±3.95 and 5.93±3.06 on day 4, 12.00±4.26 and 3.07±3.19 on day 7, and 9.45±5.28 and 1.40±2.46 on day 14 （all P〈0.01）. The respective efficacy rates in the control and test groups were 53.3% and 100.0% on day 7, and 73.7% and 100.0% on day 14 （both P〈 0.01）. Meanwhile, the respective cure rates were 6.7% and 46.7% on day 7, and 10.0% and 73.3% on day 14 in the control and test groups （both P〈0.01）. There was no obvious discomfort or adverse reaction observed in the test group. Conclusion NSAIDs can rapidly and effectively assist to relieve the symptoms and signs of acute allergic conjunctivitis. 0.1% Pranoprofen eye drops are effective and safe for controlling inflammation in allergic conjunctivitis.
