| 摘 要： | 采用免疫组化染色检测３０ 例皮肤鳞癌组织细胞周期蛋白Ｄ１（ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１） 、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶４（ＣＤＫ４） ，ｐ１６ 及Ｒｂ 的表达，阳性率依次为６６－７ ％ ，５３－３ ％ ，３３－３ ％ 和３６－７ ％ ；ｃｙｃｌｉｎ Ｄ１ 及ＣＤＫ４ 于癌巢边缘细胞表达强于中央癌细胞，且其分化程度越低，阳性着色细胞越多，着色越深。提示细胞周期尤其Ｇ１ 期的正向调节因子的过度表达及负向调节因子的低表达在皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the relationship between the regulators of cell cycle and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(SCC), we used an immunohistochemical staining technique to examine the expression of cyclin D 1, p16 and Rb in the paraffin embeded skin cancer tissues of 30 patients with SCC. The positive percentage of cyclin D 1, CDK 4, p16 and Rb was 66.7%, 53.3%, 33.3%, and 36.7%, respectively. The overexpression of cyclin D 1 and CDK 4 could be observed frequently in low grade of differentiated cells, especially in marginal cells of the cancer nest. The results indicate that the aberrant expression of positive and negative regulators of the cell cycle may be involved in the carcinogenesis and evolution of SCC. |
