| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定法罗培南钠片溶出度的方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法在307nm波长处测定其吸收度,并计算溶出度。结果:法罗培南钠检测浓度在2.0~40μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9 999),平均回收率为99.19%(RSD=0.29%),3批样品的30min溶出度均在90%以上。结论:本方法简便、快速,结果准确、可靠,重现性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of the dissolution of faropenem tablets.METHODS: The absorbability was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with detection wavelength at 307nm,and the dissolution was computed.RESULTS: The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0～ 40μ g/ml(r=0.9 999),with average recovery at 99.19% (RSD = 0.29%),the dissolutions of 3 batches of samples were all above 90%.CONCLUSION: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,reliable and reproducible. |
