| 摘 要： | 目的 研究三叶鬼针草中总黄酮类物质的碱性稀醇提取工艺。方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法,通过正交试验,优选提取的工艺条件。结果 对提取效果影响因素依次为提取次数〉液料比〉提取时间。最佳提取工艺条件为用8倍量50%、PH值为10的乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取时间40min。结论 验证试验表明,该工艺稳定可靠。
