西施舌的体外抗氧化和溶菌酶活性研究

目的研究西施舌肝脏和肌肉提取物的抗氧化和溶菌酶活性。方法通过检测超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（GSH-PX）活性、溶菌酶（LSZ）含量、羟自由基（·OH）抑制能力研究西施舌水提物的体外抗氧化活性。结果西施舌水提物能显著清除O2-·、·OH、H2O2自由基。肝脏和肌肉清除H2O2自由基EC50分别为1.29mg·mL^-1和4.41mg·mL^-1。肝脏提取物为0.5mg·mL^-1时,·OH抑制能力（71.36±2.73U）比浓度为0.1mg·mL^-1时（63.24±1.85U）提高12.84%。肌肉提取物浓度为4.0mg·mL^-1时,·OH抑制能力（85.42±6.13U）比浓度为0.5mg·mL^-1时（64.56±8.12U）提高32.31%。结论西施舌提取物具有显著的体外抗氧化活性。

Study OH the antioxidation and lysozyme activities of Coelomactra antiquate

Aim To study the antioxidation and lysozyme activities of Coelomactra antiquata. Methods The antioxidant activities of extract from Coelomactra antiquate were studied by measuring the effect of scavenging hyfroxyl free radical and activities of SOD,GSH-PX,LSZ. Results The results showed that the good scavenging effects of extract from Coelomactra antiquate were observed. The scavenging effects EC50 of liver and muscle were 1.29 mg·mL^-1and 4.41 mg·mL^-1respectively. When the extract concentration reached 0.5mg·mL^-1the effect in scavenging hydroxyl free radical of liver was 71.36±2.73U,an increase of 12.84% compared to that of at concentration of 0.1mg·mL -1 （63.24 ±1.85U）. The effect in scavenging hydrroxyl free radical of muscle was 85.42±6.13U when concentration of the extract reached 4.0mg·mL^-1an increase of 2.31% compared with that at concentration of 0.5mg·mL^-1（64.56±8.12U）. Conclusion The extract from Coelomactra antiquate could enhance antioxidative capacity significantly in vitro.
