| 摘 要： | 专科医师规范化培训是完善我国毕业后医学教育的重要工作，既能培养优秀合格的专科医生，也符合国际医学教育的发展趋势。根据目前妇产科专科医师规范化培训的开展情况及存在的问题，本文提出了进一步完善妇产科专科医师规范化培训的建议。
