腹部手术患者血电解质观察

摘    要:目的研究腹部手术患者血电解质的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法对62例腹部手术者(观察组)手术前后血钾(K+)、钠(Na+)、氯(Cl-)、镁(Mg2+)、总钙(T-Ca)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)进行检测,并与50名健康体检者(对照组)进行比较。结果观察组术前K+、Na+、Cl-、Mg2+、T-Ca、BUN、Cr与对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组术后1~3 d K+、Na+低于对照组(P<0.05),并且显著低于术前(P<0.05),7 d时均恢复到术前水平(P>0.05),其他指标手术前后比较则无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论腹部手术患者术后应早期补钾和钠。

Abstract:Objective To research changes of serum electrolyte in patients with abdominal operation and to probe its clinical cignificance.Methods Serum potassium(K ),sodium(Na ),chlorine(Cl-),magnesium(Mg2 ),total calcium(T-Ca),blood urea nitrogen(BUN) and creatinine(Cr) in 62 patients with abdominal operation(observation group) and 50 healthy people(control group)were measured and compared.Results Before the operation,there was no significant difference on K ,Na ,Cl-,Mg2 ,T-Ca,BUN and Cr between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).One to three days after the operation,there were lower K and Na in the observation group than those of the control group(P<0.05),and K and Na decreased obviously compared with those of the preoperative patients(P<0.05).K and Na reached the preoperative level on the seventh day(P>0.05).Other indexes showed no significant difference pre-and post-operation(P>0.05).Conclusion After taking abdominal operation,patients should be supplied with potassium and sodium as soon as possible.
