摘    要:目的 探讨体育锻炼与心理健康的关系,为促进大学生心理健康提供锻炼应对策略。方法 采用SCL-90量表和自编锻炼问卷对1380名大学生进行调查测试。结果进行锻炼与不锻炼的大学生心理健康水平差异有显著性;锻炼持续1a及以上,心理健康状况明显改善;在锻炼方案上,每周2次或3-5次、每次30-90min、主观体力感觉强度量表在11-14等级的锻炼心理健康效应明显。结论 合理的体育锻炼对维持或促进大学生心理健康有积极的影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between physical exercises and mental health, and to provide coping strategies for undergraduates' mental health improvement. Methods About 1 380 undergraduates were surveyed with SCL-90 and a self administered questionnaire. Results Significant differences were found between the students who took part in the physical exercises and those who did not take part in the physical exercises. Physical exercises could improve the state of mental health, the longer exercise plan lasted, the better the effect of mental health trended to be. Weekly physical exercise with regular intervals, and 30-90 minutes each time, with the RPE degree at 11-14 could improve the students' mental health. Conclusion Long-term regular of physical exercise with optimal intensity is helpful to the development of mental health of undergraduates.
