TLR4与TLR9在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的：检测TLR4和TLR9在非小细胞肺癌组织和正常肺组织中的表达，探讨其临床意义。方法：应用免疫组化方法检测TLR4和TLR9在51例非小细胞肺癌组织和20例癌旁正常肺组织中的表达，分析TLR4和TLR9与非小细胞肺癌病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移等的相关性。结果：非小细胞肺癌组织中TLR4和TLR9阳性率分别为56．9％和94．1％，均显著高于正常肺组织中的10％和15％（P〈0．05）。TLR4的表达与肿瘤的分级密切相关（P〈0．05）。TLR4和TLR9的表达呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：TLR4和TLR9在非小细胞肺癌组织中高表达，且TLR4表达与肿瘤分级有关，提示二者可能参与非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展过程；提示运用TLR4和TLR9的相关配体如OK-432、CpG-ODN作为免疫佐剂用于非小细胞肺癌的治疗成为可能。

Expression of Toil-like receptor 4 and Toll-like receptor 9 in non-small cell lung cancer and its clinical significance

Objective:To investigate the expression of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) and Toll-like receptor 9(TLR9) in human normal lung tissues and non-small lung cancer(NSCLC)tissues,and to explore their clinical significance.Methods:The immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the expression of TLR4 and TLR9 in 51 cases of NSCLC and 20 cases of paracancerous normal lung tissues.Their correlations with pathological grade,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of NSCLC were statistically analyzed.Results:The positive rates of TLR4 and TLR9 protein in NSCLC tissues were significantly higher than normal control(56.9% vs 10% and 94.1% vs 15%, P<0.05).TLR4 expression had a close relationship with pathological grades of NSCLC(P<0.05).The expression of TLR4 was positively correlated with the expression of TLR9(P<0.05).Conclusions:TLR4 and TLR9 has a higher expression in NSCLC tissues.TLR4 expression has a close relationship with pathological grades of NSCLC,suggesting that TLR4 and TLR9 play an important role in the development and progression of NSCLC.On the other hand,TLR4 and TLR9-related ligands such as OK-432 and CpG-ODN could be used as Freund's adjuvant for NSCLC therapy.
