弯曲构形对不锈钢圆丝矫治器刚度的影响研究

摘    要:目的探讨不同的弯曲构形对不锈钢圆丝矫治器刚度的影响规律。方法采用自行研制的微型正畸弓丝测试仪,将直径为0.36、0.41、0.46 mm的不锈钢圆丝按既定的弯曲参数弯制成跨度相同的匣形曲、双水平曲和双垂直曲,行加载实验,研究其载荷形变规律。结果在弓丝尺寸、跨度相同的情况下,直径为0.36、0.41、0.46 mm的匣形曲、双水平曲、双垂直曲相比较,其矫治器刚度递增。结论弯曲的构形对矫治器刚度有显著的影响,匣形曲、双水平曲、双垂直曲三者相比,匣形曲的力学性能最佳。匣形曲能够产生轻而持续的、可控的矫治力,且0.41 mm的匣形曲在产生0.01~0.02 N·m最适力矩时,有合适的激活范围。临床上在矫正个别轻、中度倾斜错位牙时,宜首选0.41 mm的匣形曲不锈钢圆丝。
